"What is important is not the lucky break, the stopping of the train—that’s only part of it. Life is full of trains that stop. What counts is what we are doing with our lives when there is no opportunity and not a train in sight."- Phyllis Whitney

Careful thinking, precision, thoughtfulness, and MINDFULNESS prepare us for “what counts.” The “break” is only truly “lucky” when it brings wholeness, contribution and connection. LIVE fully courageous this moment: give of yourself, love someone unconditionally, sacrifice your ego for some greater good, define your Life Purpose and make a plan! The rest of your personal “train” will take care of itself. Life is all about the JOURNEY, very little about the one “lucky break.”
