Chill our minds and ignite intelligence, thoughtfulness, courage and grace. Affirming differences but rejecting anger our heart-minds are alert and “clear-seeing” and thoughtful. Compassion weaves “we and them” together. We realize another person’s hopes and disappointments, fears and joys as close to our own. We choose to “show up” as our True Self and refuse separation that threatens to turn us into the monsters we most fear.
