"Don’t waste your life with those who don’t see you" - Rumi
The art of seeing someone as they are is as important as the gift of being seen. Both seeing and being seen are the most valuable and precious gifts of a co-created life. To be seen allows us to flourish and share compassion, love; helps us understand we share hope and faith with our fellow humans as well as rejection and fear, injuries, grief and joy. To SEE gives us insight and courage to insist on peaceful co-existence, justice, equality and fairness. If someone can’t see you love him or her, keep them in your heart, but let them go. Your life is too precious to waste on people who have one-way mirrors.
