"Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the little voice at the end of the day that says I'll try again tomorrow." - Mary Anne Radmacher
Often small decisions, private moments of daily life require unusual, and yet common, acts of courage. We stand up for children, animals, the elderly, and for those whose human rights are being denied, bullied or ignored in our schools and communities. We don’t make a violent fight, we say “intolerance won’t happen on our watch,” and we stand with others who hold that line. We wonder if our small contributions are enough? Are our thoughts and actions courageous enough, BIG enough to create change; LOUD enough to be heard over the din of mind numbing distraction? Then we remember small courageous changes, STEP BY STEP, lead to BIG results. Take this moment to FORGIVE and accept; to LOVE more; to take public and private responsibility. “Try again tomorrow” because courage, like love, grace and generosity, is a renewable resource owned by all and shared by all.
