"Do one thing every day that scares you." - Eleanor Roosevelt

The things that "scare us" are often the same things that stretch and open us to new experience and enliven our minds and senses. When we do something every day that scares us, we say to life: "I feel the fear and I want to do it anyway!" We open the window to our own possibility and refuse to join ranks with "have to be" only this small definition of myself; we say to life instead: "truly I can be all of who I am and am willing to risk what scares me in order to HONOR and RESPECT all of who I am!"
