Courage isn’t about physical strength or about pushing outer limits. Courage is the true test of integrity. Courage starts with a clear knowledge of our own core values and a willingness to live up to them no matter the odds of success or the support of others. Courage refuses limits placed on us by what may be our own perceived limitations. Courage gives us the power to align our inner and outer lives with grace and clarity. Those who die satisfied with their lives are those who had the courage to live it!
