Change is inevitable, but unconscious, not-studied change, leads us back to terrible hell-circles-of-history; personally, professionally and culturally. We are “condemned to repeat it,” if we expect different results but repeat behaviors, which become patterns, that got us in trouble the first time! Don’t condemn yourself or others if you stumble on circular paths of painful history. Instead join those of us who study our motives, prejudices, worries, victories, positive skills, abilities and qualities and, yes, mistakes! “UNDERSTAND” it’s more valuable than wisdom, knowledge or hurried solutions. Understand; only then can we transform our personal, shared and co-created future.
