"Cling less; Love More!" - Rick Hansen, Phd

“Cling,” and we delude ourselves that we can hold onto the slippery uncertainty that is LIFE. The paradox is: the tighter we squeeze, the more we snuff out the breath of possibility, growth and promise. Life, real and whole, demands free movement to survive, thrive and create a future! Clinging we chase after false gods of “no change.” We deny ourselves the “Aha” moment of creative always-changing experience. “Love more!” Love allows; Love understands UNCERTAINTY is the true breath of life.
