A life well-lived determines every moment as possibility! We express heart-mind-body-spirit and we live life at its fullest. Integrating all of who we are, we understand we dance with the entire cosmos: all that’s been created before us or will come after us. We are “made of the stuff of stardust!” Staying aware of that fact we see each moment as an opportunity to be a “shooting star.”
