Monday Mantra 135

"I have learned over the years that when one’s mind is made up it diminishes fear; knowing what must be done does away with fear." - Rosa Parks

Ordinary courage, day-to-day facing our personal challenges, is the greatest antidote to fear. When we “make up our minds” to tell the truth, refuse hatred, seek unity, and love openly, we support everyone else’s right to stand up and be courageous. We dilute fear’s ability to control us by the simple act of a personal stand for justice and equality. Fearless community must be the future for a future to be possible!
