A grateful handshake, a deeply felt hug, a sincere “thanks” or “great job” placed at the right moment can change someone’s life. Bend down and look eye level to a child and tell them they wonderful just as they are; remind an old person of their legacy; a young person of their potential; a friend of their patience and contribution in your time of need. STOP and LISTEN so that people KNOW they were heard. Truth comes in many forms but true words spoken simply are remembered forever.
