Be real! Don’t ignore facts, knowledge or deep understanding; they direct us to truth. Optimism can be "crippling" too, don’t be seduced by sunny and LITE. Don’t be blind to what’s happening here and now! Allow a minute of "pessimism," it can wake us to the entire catastrophe, but don’t attach to it. Our "willingness to ACT" empowers us, enlightens, gathers spiritual warriors and transforms the entire catastrophe.
