Overwhelmed by demands of family and society? Antidote is "beauty" of the natural world. "Be united," swim in cold streams and desert hot springs; dig toes and fingers in sand; "Pass into it; bathe in it!" Organic and wild is a surprise of small glories and big epiphanies; "Become part of it!" Source elements reside in bugs, birds, fish, flowers, stars and HUMANS. "Receive into ourselves;" absorb One-ness of natural beauty; breathe free!
